Welcome to Savannah - Rama!
A Savannah-Rama is a special part of select TICA cat shows, and is designed to showcase and promote the savannah breed. As a New Breed still in development, only third generation and later savannahs are eligible for show in a judging ring. Typically F1 and F2 generation savannahs are only permitted to be exhibited in the show hall if special written permission is granted by the show manager. However, a Savannah-Rama allows savannahs of all generations to be exhibited in the show hall and in the Savannah-Rama Fun ring. As a New Breed, it is important to demonstrate how the savannah is progressing toward future championship status, to educate breeders, judges, and other interested individuals about our breed, and to illustrate the breed standards by exhibiting our savannahs.
